She has led programs across Latin America, Africa, and Eurasia. A natural connector, Penelope began her career leading service-learning trips through Guatemala’s highlands and now designs journeys that highlight local changemakers, cuisine, and culture. A scuba diver and avid hiker who has explored 41 countries, she brings curiosity, warmth, and a deep belief in people’s power to shape their futures.
