Naomi Rasmussen has led immersive, purpose-driven trips for groups in Afghanistan, Egypt, and Rwanda—and has lived, worked, and traveled in more than 40 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Her worldview is shaped by deep, on-the-ground experience and a firm belief in people’s power to drive change in their own communities. For 17 years of experience, she has designed and managed democracy programs that bring civic education, advocacy, civil society strengthening, women’s political participation, and election observation to life in complex political environments.
